Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

1. The service

Inco provides prepaid, metered access to third-party and self-hosted language models through an OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible API. You are responsible for your use of the API and for the content of your requests.

2. Accounts & API keys

You must keep your account credentials and API keys secret. Any usage authenticated by your key is billed to your balance. You can revoke a key at any time from the dashboard.

3. Prepaid credit

Access is prepaid. Credit is consumed per token at the rates shown at the time of each request. Requests are rejected when your balance reaches zero. Credit expires 12 months after it is added to your balance: purchased credit 12 months after purchase, granted credit as stated when it is granted. The Billing page shows what expires when; expired credit is written off and is not refundable. Credit is non-transferable and, during the prototype phase, non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Saved cards and auto-recharge

When you buy credit or add a card, the card is saved to your workspace with our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store the card number. If you turn on auto-recharge, you authorize us to charge that card without you present whenever your balance falls below the threshold you set, for the amount that brings it back to your chosen target. A declined charge pauses auto-recharge until you re-enable it. You can update or remove the saved card, or turn auto-recharge off, at any time on the Billing page. Charges appear on your statement as Inco.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or generate content prohibited by the underlying model providers. We may suspend access for abuse.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inco is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Total liability is limited to the unused credit on your account.
